Ashley Caceres joined Su Casa Indiana as Directora Ejecutiva in 2023, having spent the last five years at Jackson County United Way. While there, Ashley’s passion for healthcare accessibility drove her work as she navigated individuals through the Indiana health coverage enrollment system. In 2020, she was a part of Su Casa’s expansion into Seymour, as the need for Latino-serving organizations grew. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Architecture, with minors in Sociology and Social & Environmental Justice from Ball State University.

Addy Franco es la Especialista de Apoyo para la FamiliaAddy Franco ha estado con Su Casa Columbus por poco tiempo, pero ha visto crecer las necesidades de nuestra gente hispana en la comunidad. Trabajó como intérprete para Windrose Health Network, donde adquirió la experiencia de trabajar con comunidades de múltiples razas y las necesidades de la población hispana. Ella creció en Columbus y fue criada por padres inmigrantes y ella misma recibió DACA. Ella entiende las necesidades a corto plazo por las que pasan las familias, a través de la experiencia de vida. Tiene fe de encontrar mejores recursos locales y estatales y formas de ayudar a las familias en diferentes áreas. Su pasión es ver a las familias evolucionar y lograr una vida mejor, mental, física y financieramente. Todos merecen una vida mejor si trabajan por ella, aún mejor trabajando juntos.

Angelite Narvaez is our Court Interpreter. She joined during the development of a partnership with NAACP and the TIME Program to aid local Latino business owners with support and resources to help meet their personal and business needs. Previously she worked with a former local attorney Dennis Stark as his legal interpreter. Angelite’s parents immigrated from the Dominican Republic to Brooklyn, New York, where she was born, making her a first generation American. She moved to Columbus in 2013 where her parents Pastor a Hispanic Christian Church here in town. Angelite is Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with most of her clientele being Latino.
